India.
And yes, there was a cobra (or something) there "dancing" ... Really. It just looked kind of wimpy(and was out of focus), so yeah, I CROPPED HIM OUT!
It was a snake, just not the larger cobras I was used to seeing ... But I liked the man's face, so yeah ... I got MY SHOT.
True, that whole "Pipe Thing" looked kind of strange as well, but yeah, "Beggars can't be choosers"!
Come on! I was in India, and came across THIS guy, so yeah, I got what I could! Like I said, I saw that FACE and BEARD, oh! And that turban, and yeah, that worked for me!
I just cropped-in there, and fired away!
You know me! Rule Number Two, Baby!
Move in, zoom-in, crop in, whatever it takes to get what YOU want, and only what you want in YOUR images!
That simple, but yeah, as we all know, NOT always that easy!
WORK at it!
Do whatever it is you have to do, in order to get the image YOU want, when you want it!
WORK, WORK, WORK.
There, that is what THIS image is all about!
That SIMPLE.
And trust me, there is ALWAYS something!
Like I said, that whole silver, skinny, metal thing still BUGS me, but yeah, I'm not that into PHOTOSHOP, so there you go!
Again, get used to it! There is ALWAYS SOMETHING!
SOMETIMES YOU WIN, SOMETIMES YOU DON'T.
I ALMOST made it here!
But hey! I couldn't help that he had a weird looking, ahh, dare I say, MODERN flute thingy!
It's the NEW INDIA!
I got what I could, when I could ... That's all we can ever do!
Good luck with that one!
It's a whole NEW WORLD out there! What?
Think about it, first off, yeah, even THIS image was shot, ahh, well, a few years ago (I checked, 2020), so yeah, like Bob Dylan said a long time ago, "the times, they are a changin'"... So yeah, and so are the images of this time!
Go figure.
Good luck with that!
Just get out there, and record everything that "catches your eye" ... THAT is photography! THAT is making YOUR ART, not someone else's!
But yes, if you ever want to experience some wild, and crazy things, you can't go wrong with India, that is for sure!
I LOVED it. Let's just say I knew I wasn't in Kansas anymore, and leave it at that!
Enjoy YOUR journey.
Whenever and wherever you find yourself in the years to come ...
Hope to see you out there!
Wherever and whenever ... While photographing whoever! Yeah, if people are around, I tend to head that way, especially if I hear any kind of MUSIC playing!
ALWAYS! No matter where I am at the time! As should you!
See ya!
I think I hear music playing off in the distance ... Gotta run!
Or, you know, walk fast, at least!
