Nice Eye Make-Up ... I Never Knew.

Yeah, I don't think I ever knew Seagulls wore eye make-up! Yeah, turns out I'm not the SEAGULL expert I thought I was, which, to be honest, never even entered my mind!

No, I just "PUSH THE BUTTON"!

And yes, that is true on just about everything I have even photographed! Well, maybe a little about, ahh, motorcycles, oh! And yeah, that whole "Department of the Army" thing ... But yeah, that was really about, you know, being a MARINE, and, well, I'll just leave it at that!

I KNEW uniforms!

True, it's been, like, "AWHILE", so yeah ...

But SEAGULLS? No.

In fact, no, I have photographed them before, and yeah, I can think of a "few, ahh, cool shots I've taken of them", but yeah, NEVER a CLOSE-UP like this one!

Which yeah, is probably (or is!) the reason I have never "noticed" that whole RED "thing" going on there!

Who knew?

Now, it has been , ahh, awhile, since I took this one, let me check ... Yeah, eight years (22 Jan 19), but yeah, I don't really remember thinking about it when I took it!

I've slept since then.

No, in fact, I don't really remember thinking about it BEFORE seeing it here on my website! You know, BLOWN UP, on the screen!

Go figure.

Like I like to say (it seems), yeah, you never know!

Now, YOU get out there, anywhere, and see what surprise you can come up with, ahh, like TEN years from now!

I guess only the, ahh, "SHALLOW-TAIL" gull has that "red ring" thing, and something about "only when they are ready to breed", or something ...

I just know THIS seagull had one, so there ... That is the extent of my knowledge.
